1、適用范圍 1.1 SYWT預應力混凝土空心疊合板(簡稱疊合板)適用于抗震設防烈度6~8度地區及非抗震設防區一般民用與工業建筑的樓板和屋面板。 1.2 設計使用年限為50年,適用環境類別為一類。當板處于室內潮濕環境和非嚴寒和非寒冷地區露天環境時表面增加可靠防護層使構件不直接承受環境作用時,可用于二a環境類別情況。 1.3 當環境類別不符合1.2的規定以及受振動影響須作振動計算的板采用此疊合板時,應由圖集選用者按有關規范另行處理。 1.4 板表面溫度高于100℃或有熱源且表面溫度經常高于60℃的板,不得采用本圖集。 1.5 板的耐火極限為0.75h。若設計要求需提高板耐火極限時,由圖集選用者按有關規范另行處理。2、編制內容 2.1 疊合板由預制預應力混凝土空心底板(簡稱預制底板)和后澆混凝土疊合層體組成。 2.2 預制底板采用先張法工藝(包括長線臺座和短線鋼模外張拉)生產制作。 2.3 本圖集設計內容主要包括板按荷載值設計選用表、板按內力值設計選用表和板支座配筋與疊合層配筋示意圖、板連接構造示意圖等。
